Final vendor selection, due diligence, and contract execution are the responsibility of the client. Optional project management services are available upon request and subject to separate terms.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete project information.

  • Vetting and approving vendors before engagement.

  • Ensuring compliance with all internal procurement and legal policies.

  • Making final purchasing and contract decisions.

MyLokalPro is not responsible for the performance, quality, or delivery of work performed by any third-party vendors introduced through our process.

 

3. Fees & Payment

Fees for services are outlined in client agreements or pricing packages. All payments must be made according to agreed terms. MyLokalPro reserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments.

 

4. No Guarantees

While we aim to source qualified vendors and present competitive quotes, we cannot guarantee pricing, availability, or the suitability of any vendor for your needs. MyLokalPro does not endorse or warrant the work of any vendor.

 

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Project details and any sensitive business information you provide will be treated confidentially and used solely to fulfill our services.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

MyLokalPro will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, the vendor selection process, or vendor performance.
